INTRODUCTION
We're looking for a Client Partner who can hold the relationship with care. You'll keep projects clear, timelines honest, and clients confident — so the studio can focus on the work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own day-to-day communication with a small set of clients
- Keep scope, timelines, and next steps visible to everyone
- Run check-ins and turn feedback into clear actions
- Spot risks early and bring them to the team
- Help new clients feel looked after from kickoff to launch
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Experience in account management, client success, or agency production
- Calm, clear writing and speaking in English
- Comfortable holding a timeline without adding noise
- A warm, direct way of working with people
- Based in Germany or able to work hybrid from Berlin
NICE TO HAVE
- German language skills
- Experience in a digital studio or product team
- Familiarity with websites, branding, or growth work
