INTRODUCTION
We're looking for an IT Administrator who keeps the studio running quietly in the background. You'll own devices, access, and the everyday systems the team depends on.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage laptops, accounts, and access across the studio
- Keep internal tools secure, updated, and easy to use
- Support the team with day-to-day IT issues
- Document setups so onboarding stays simple
- Work with vendors when we need extra infrastructure
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Hands-on experience administering macOS and common SaaS tools
- A practical approach to security and backups
- Clear communication with non-technical teammates
- Comfortable owning systems end to end
- English communication skills
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in a small company or studio
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 admin
- German language skills
