INTRODUCTION
We're looking for a Junior Founder's Associate who can bring order to a busy studio week. You'll sit close to the founders, jump between research, operations, and special projects, and help turn messy questions into clear next steps.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the founders on research, outreach, and internal coordination
- Prepare briefs, notes, and follow-ups so projects stay aligned
- Help run recruiting, onboarding, and studio operations
- Track open threads and make sure nothing important drops
- Jump into special projects when the studio needs extra hands
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong written and spoken English
- Comfortable switching between details and the bigger picture
- Organised, calm under changing priorities
- Curious about digital products and how studios work
- Based in Germany or able to work hybrid from Berlin
NICE TO HAVE
- Internship or first role in a startup or agency
- Experience with Notion, CRM, or recruiting tools
- German language skills
