INTRODUCTION
We're looking for a QA Lead to own manual testing across client sites and product work. You'll set the quality bar, catch issues before launch, and help the team ship with confidence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and run manual test passes for web and product releases
- Write clear bug reports and follow them through to fix
- Build lightweight checklists the team can reuse
- Work with designers and engineers before features go live
- Raise quality issues early, not after launch
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Experience leading or owning manual QA on web products
- A sharp eye for visual and interaction bugs
- Clear written reports that engineers can act on
- Comfortable testing across browsers and devices
- Excellent communication skills in English
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with design-heavy marketing sites
- Familiarity with basic automation or browser tools
- Background in accessibility testing
