About us
EcoBeam studio builds custom digital solutions. From full-stack development to creative strategy. Any idea you have we deliver. We are a digital studio specializing in website development, SEO, and marketing. Our focus is on creating functional, fast, and well-structured websites that meet business goals without unnecessary complexity. We’re looking for a Senior UX Researcher who thrives in an agency environment, someone who can balance rigour with speed, insight with action, and collaboration with independence.
INTRODUCTION
We're looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our product team and help shape the experience of BuddyP2P — a platform connecting people through shared spaces and services. You'll own the end-to-end design process, from research and flows to high-fidelity prototypes, working closely with our product lead and engineering team to ship features that feel effortless to use.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead UX design for core product flows, from early concept to final handoff
- Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design decisions
- Design and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries in Figma
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile
- Collaborate directly with frontend engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Champion usability and accessibility best practices across the product
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback and data
REQUIRED SKILLS
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally in a product-driven environment
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, not just visuals
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, variants, prototyping)
- Experience designing complex flows (booking systems, marketplaces, or multi-step forms is a plus)
- Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles
- Comfortable working closely with developers and understanding technical constraints
- Excellent communication skills in English
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with motion design (Smart Animate, micro-interactions)
- Familiarity with Next.js / React-based product environments
- Background in branding or visual identity work
OFFER
- A small, fast-moving team where your work has direct impact
- Ownership over meaningful parts of the product, not just pixel-pushing
- Flexible remote/hybrid setup
- Room to grow into a design leadership role as the team scales

“ Joining the team gave me real ownership from day one. I'm not just executing designs. I'm shaping how the product actually works, and that makes a huge difference. ”
